Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Board, and Rock Climbing Retreat-

A powerful day honouring your Goddess Warrior and exploring the edge of your comfort zone.  Start the day with an empowering yoga practice, taught by Mindy Willis-Menard, then onto the rocks at Metcalf for rock climbing with certified lead guide, Leslie Timms, after that you’ll make your way to Georgian Bay to do some Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga with Shirlee Williams.

The day runs from 8am to 8pm.

Hula Hooping & Yoga  – Sunday, July 21st

Ipperwash Beach, Ontario,  9am to 3:00pm


Tune into a deeper rhythm in your body and to nature. Spend the day at the beach with good company, hooping, yoga and yummy food.  This event is open to everyone, all levels of experience are welcome to join.  Yoga is a great compliment to hooping and hooping is a great compliment to yoga!  Give yourself this time to nurture your creative self.


We’ll start the day with 90 minute yoga practice focusing on the delicate balance of life.  When you are in nature it makes it easier for you to understand what you need to bring aspects of your life back into balance.  The morning practice will include backbends and hip openers.   Bring your yoga mat and maybe a beach blanket to practice on.


Learn how to hoop or pick up some new tricks. This  includes your very own adult size/weight hula hoop.  You can upgrade to a custom colour and collapsible hoop for and extra $25.   Hooping helps to build core strength and confidence, to improve mood and empowers you to tap into the creative parts of your body and your being.  No experience necessary.

Fresh juice will be offered on arrival, a healthy breakfast will follow the yoga practice.  Please bring other snacks/food and a lunch.
